Beetle

In 2007, the Scarab Beetle is scheduled to be a one-day class
Level: Upper Intermediate/Advanced
with proficiency tubular and flat Peyote stitch.

Beetles are amazing creatures with a long history - over 230 million years to be exact!  Their fabulous sizes, colors, patterns and texture offer an unlimited source of inspiration for me.  This is but one example of these little jeweled creatures.
