| Kits! Finally, the construction is complete! Two kits of Nancy Cain bead designs are now available. | A note from me: This has been a busy year! My kids are getting bigger and bigger and busier and busier! Being a stay-at-home mom with two teenagers who don't yet drive has been the busiest yet! I am keeping travel to about 6 times a year so I can keep up with them. I am an active parent in both of their schools! I have been busy beading too. I have many new designs that are not yet on my website (only so many hours in a day!), and have a Master Class article with accompanying project in the Aug/Sept issue of Beadwork Magazine. My project also made the cover! I owe a great deal of thanks to the staff at Beadwork for their incredible patience, workmanship and friendliness! It was a fun endeavor! I have decided to submit to Bead&Button for the 2010 year. I have missed attending it for the last two years because May is such a difficult time with kids in school. I won't be able to attend B&B for two years after that. In 2011, my daughter will graduate from middle school, and then in 2012 my son will graduate from high school. I want to enjoy these special times with them and all that goes with it! They will be off to college before I know it! I will have a lot of bead time then! I have also submitted to Beadfest, Santa Fe for March of 2010. If you have never been to Santa Fe, you are in for a surprise. Santa Fe is a fabulous place with lots of places to tour and discover. It is an artist enclave! Thank you dear beaders for your continued friendship, support and encouragement! What a wonderful community we have in beads! Happy Beading! Nancy |
